Zanzibar

In Zanzibar you can quickly adapt to the island way of life, its laid back atmosphere and friendly people creating an impression as soon as you arrive. The island is arguably the best beach destination in East Africa with tropical white-sand beaches, pristine coral reefs, amazing snorkelling and diving, and a fascinating culture. Zanzibar receives a huge number of visitors each year, however in spite of this, there is not much of a Western influence on the people and the island remains very African.
